Hong’s Noodle & Dumpling Bar is an East-Asian owned family restaurant in Crewe town centre, located on Earle Street.

With various flavours on the menu their signature dish “Hong’s Chicken” always comes out on top, sharing a taste of a secret family recipe.

Their menu includes egg fried rice, steamed rice, egg noodles and Singapore noodles for the base. For toppings try Hong’s chicken, sweet ‘n’ sour chicken, salt ‘n’ pepper chicken, chicken black bean sauce, chicken curry, sichuan chicken, kung pao chicken and tofu with veg. Then for extras, add on dumplings, salt ‘n’ pepper chips, chips, prawn crackers, mini spring rolls, curry sauce, and sweet ‘n’ sour sauce.

The restaurant has been a finalist in both The Golden Chopsticks Awards and The Nantwich Food Awards for “Best New Comer.”
