Including creating strong passwords\, spotting scams\, fraud awareness (Take 5 to Stop Fraud) and everyday online safety habits. \n13:00 – 13:45 | Communicating Online \nHelping participants connect confidently using digital tools. Including setting up and using email\, messaging platforms and video calling essentials (Teams/Zoom/FaceTime). \n13:45 – 14:45 | Module 6: Day-to-Day Digital Skills \nHands-on learning for everyday use of online services.
