Crewe Heritage Centre is open from 10am to 4.30pm, with last admission at 3.30pm.

Climb aboard for a ride on the miniature railway, then check out the impressive detail of the model railway layouts. Explore the powerful stories of the past in the Crewe at War exhibition and through iconic objects including the Whitby Morrison Ice Cream vans.

Get up close to real railway giants, including the 8000th locomotive built at Crewe Works and the record‑breaking APT‑P.

Head to the elevated viewing platform for unbeatable sights of the West Coast Main Line & Chester Line, and discover how trains were once controlled through historic signalling displays.

Special Guests

Little Sprouts will be back on site from 11am to 1.30pm encouraging us to become Pocket Garden Time Travellers. This will be a hands-on, sensory experience for all creating a mini medicinal garden pot with helpful herbs. Visitors will also be able to take on a Pollinator Patrol to see what they can spot and decorate story tiles.

Creative Crewe will be on site from 11am to 3pm making crafts inspired by Space.
