Digital Lessons at Nationwide
On Thursday, June 26th, Nationwide are offering free digital lessons to anyone who needs help with their phones, tablets or laptops.
The sessions aim to support and empower individuals, regardless of their age or ability to be able to effectively use digital technology.
The modules include:
- What is digital inclusion, its importance, benefits and common barriers.
- Understanding the differences between devices and the meanings of digital jargon.
- Setting up your device like connecting to the internet and Bluetooth.
- Staying safe online, creating strong passwords and protection from fraud and scams.
- Communications essentials like email, messaging and video calling.
- Everyday use of digital technology.
The content supports digital inclusivity and the Governments Digital Inclusivity Action Plan.
