About Crewe Heritage Centre

Uncover the story of how Crewe turned from a sleepy farming town to the railway capital of the world.

With hands-on displays and installations, Crewe Heritage Centre is designed for visitors of all ages to enjoy and learn about the innovations that forged the transport revolution.

They have opportunities to become a volunteer at the centre where you can engage with the visitors and care for the collections on display.

Memberships are also on offer from just £7 a year, which help to keep the heritage centre alive and running for all to experience.
