Discover Crewe’s Wartime Story at the Heritage Centre’s ‘Crewe At War’ Exhibition

The Heritage Centre in Crewe town centre is currently hosting the ‘Crewe At War’ exhibition, running until Sunday, October 19th.

This unique display, built and curated in partnership with Heritage Centre volunteers and members of the local community, brings together artefacts, photographs and personal stories from World War II.

The exhibition explores themes including daily life during the war, the bombing of Crewe, VE Day celebrations, and the lasting legacy of the conflict on the town. It offers a compelling glimpse into the experiences of Crewe residents throughout this challenging period.

Located in the heart of Crewe, the Heritage Centre welcomes visitors of all ages to explore this important part of local history.
