Dementia Clinics
Dementia UK is offering free, confidential clinic appointments with a specialist dementia nurse, known as an admiral nurse.
Nationwide Crewe is hosting their Dementia Clinics on Tuesday, August 12th, Wednesday, August 13th and Thursday, August 14th.
You don’t need to be a Nationwide customer, everyone is welcome.
The appointments will be released for Crewe at the end of July here.
